Privacy policy
Last updated 5 November 2026.
Who we are
This policy covers the game Heroes of the Forgotten Land (the “Game”), published by Uyan Interactive (“we”). It explains what data the Game processes, why, and your rights. Contact: [email protected]. Write to that address with any privacy question.
1. Accounts and personal information
The Game does not ask you to create an account or give us your name, e-mail or phone number. We do not run servers for the Game and we do not collect personal information from you directly.
2. Saves and settings
Your progress and settings are stored on your device. We cannot access your saves. Uninstalling the Game may delete local saves.
On PC (Steam), if Steam Cloud is enabled, your save files are synced by Valve’s Steam Cloud service, which is tied to your Steam account and governed by Valve’s privacy policy.
3. Advertising (Android and iOS only)
The free mobile version shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may process the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA, the latter only with your permission), IP address, device and OS information, app interactions and coarse location (derived from IP) to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, if you consent, personalise ads. How Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google’s consent form (UMP) appears on first launch; you can change your choice at any time under Settings › Game › Privacy Options.
- iOS: the advertising identifier is used only if you allow App Tracking Transparency; if you do not, ads are still shown, without personalisation.
- Ad content is limited to the “Teen (T)” rating.
4. In-app purchases (Android and iOS only)
Purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your payment details (card, address) never reach us. The Game checks the store’s receipt on your device to confirm a purchase is valid, and “Restore Purchases” asks the store for your earlier purchases again.
5. Crash reports
Crash reports are not sent to any server. If the Game crashes on PC or Steam Deck, the technical report stays on your device. We never receive it unless you choose to attach it to a message to us.
6. Epic Games Store version
The Epic Games Store version uses Epic Online Services and Epic Account Services. With your consent, the Game receives your Epic account ID and display name (basic profile) only to sign you in and award achievements. The Game does not store them on our servers; we have none.
Epic Cloud Save syncs your save files through Epic’s own service, under Epic’s privacy policy.
To revoke consent, open your Epic Games account and go to Apps and Accounts (Connections), then remove the Game’s access. Data requests go to the contact e-mail below.
7. Platform services
Steam (Valve), Epic Games, Google Play and Apple process their own data, as the platform you got the Game from, under their own privacy policies (for example achievements, play time and purchase history).
8. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Your rights
For access, correction, deletion or objection under GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or similar laws, write to the contact e-mail below. You can change ad consent inside the Game and reset the advertising ID in your device settings.
10. Changes
If we update this policy we change the date above and announce important changes in the Game or on the store page.
